Andreas Stokbro completes 2023 roster

There you have it. With the signing of Andreas Stokbro, the team for 2023 is now complete and ready to take on the new season.

25-year-old Andreas Stokbro knows the team very well. Between 2016 and 2019, he was already part of the Riwal set-up for four seasons and quickly made a name for himself. Every season he was able to impress in the classic type of races, which is one of his capabilities. Because of his good sprint, he gathered quite a lot of top results in races such as the Himmerland Rundt (4th), Fyen Rundt (4th), Ronde van Overijssel (5th), Skive Løbet (2nd), Lillehammer GP (2nd) and top 10’s and topnotch perfomances at the Ronde van Drenthe, GP de Denain, U23 Gent-Wevelgem, Tro-Bro Léon and the Tour de Yorkshire. To top in all of, Andreas won the U23 edition of the Tour of Flanders back in 2019, before signing a WorldTour contract at NTT Pro Cycling, later Team Qhubeka Assos.

In 2022, he joined the Norwegian Team Coop outfit where he proved to still have it. A stage win at the Tour du Loir-et-Cher and the Oberösterreich Rundfahrt, the victory flowers at the GP Herning and top 10s in for example the Arctic Race of Norway, the Tour of Denmark and the World Championships Gravel. For 2023 the goal is to even improve on this amazing season and get more UCI wins.
