Next up for Leopard Pro Cycling: Tour du Doubs

The cycling season continues in quick fashion. With a race every single week until the end of the season, Leopard Pro Cycling is not yet done for 2022. In fact, in next Sunday's Tour de Doubs, motivation and eagerness is higher than ever.

Tour du Doubs (UCI 1.1)
04.09 | Morteau - Pontarlier | 204 km

Leopard Pro Cycling is heading to Doubs, a French department which hosts the Tour de Doubs. This UCI 1.1 race takes the peloton in 204 kilometers from Morteau, along the border with Switzerland, to Pontarlier. There are eight categorized climbs on the route, with the La Vie Petitjean (1192m) Le Larmont (1113m) in the deep final. These climbs are situated at 22 and 6 kilometers from the line, respectively. Since some UCI WorldTeams and the best French teams will sign the start list, things will not get any easier. Recent years have shown that different scenarios can take place, and that one should not be surprised if there will be big time gaps between small groups. In 2020, Leopard was at the Tour du Doubs for the last time. Back then, it took sixth place with Jan Maas, now riding for Team BikeExchange-Jayco.
