Friday at Sepang draws to a close with David Almansa in 5th position and Adrián Fernández in 14th:

Friday kicked off under cloudy skies at Sepang.
Improving progressively throughout Free Practice 1, David Almansa and Adrián Fernández finished in 6th and 9th position this morning with times of 2’11.289 and 2’11.352 respectively.
A delayed Practice session saw the two Spaniards secure their Q2 spots in the afternoon. David Almansa was 5th with a time of 2’11.273, while Adrián Fernández finished in 14th place, clocking a 2’11.885 on his last lap.

“Today it was all about pushing at the right moment and being careful when it wasn’t. We had to be very focused due to the tricky conditions on track, but despite that, I’m happy with our performance. We’ll keep working to keep it up for the rest of the weekend”

“Today was a difficult day. The conditions on track weren’t the best, which made it even more challenging. Nevertheless, I’m happy with the work the team is doing. We still need to find a better feeling and be more competitive on a single lap, but I’m confident that we’re working in the right direction”
