David Almansa takes pole position at Sepang

Le0pard Racing will start tomorrow’s race at Sepang from pole position with David Almansa and from 12th on the fourth row with Adrián Fernández:

  • On a good start to Saturday, David Almansa set a 2’10.253 at the beginning of Free Practice 2 to finish in 2nd place, ahead of teammate Adrián Fernández, who put in a time of 2’10.358 to place 3rd this morning.
  • Leaving it to his last flying lap, David Almansa secured his second pole position of the season with a time of 2’09.846 in qualifying today. Adrián Fernández, on the other hand, had a difficult Q2, setting a 2’10.717 to start from the 12th spot on the grid tomorrow.
  • The most important day of the weekend awaits!
