Ángel Piqueras, born in Ayora, Valencia (Spain) in 2006, started his journey in motorcycle racing from a very young age, hopping onto a bike for the first time at the age of four. In 2018, he embarked on a rookie campaign in the Moto4 category of the ESBK, finishing 4th before clinching the championship in 2019. After two seasons in the European Talent Cup, the Spanish rider joined the Rookies Cup in 2022, making a significant impact on his debut season in the category. In 2023, with 9 wins in 14 races, he would be crowned Champion with two rounds to spare. That same year, the rider from Ayora was also crowned JuniorGP Champion, having achieved 9 podiums of which 4 were victories. Following this outstanding performance, Ángel Piqueras was recruited by Leopard Racing, making his debut in the Moto3™ World Championship in 2024.
