- David Almansa worked on improving his pace, continuing in yesterday’s form to finish 2nd with a time of 1’55.291. Adrián Fernández finished 11th with a time of 1’56.079.
- The two Spaniards went directly into Q2, but a challenging session was ahead.
- David Almansa left it to his second run to set his fastest time of qualifying, a 1’55.732 to start from 10th on the grid tomorrow. Adrián Fernández, on the other hand, set his best time in his first run, qualifying 13th with a time of 1’55.834.
