Le0pard Racing completes the German Grand Prix with Adrián Fernández crossing the finish line in 4th ahead of teammate Ángel Piqueras in 5th:
- Sunday got underway at the Sachsenring under partly cloudy skies, with Le0pard Racing starting today’s race from the 4th and 14th spots on the grid with Adrián Fernández and Ángel Piqueras respectively.
- Adrián Fernández had a tricky start to the race, dropping to 7th place. For his part, Ángel Piqueras remained in 14th, overtaking soon for 13th.
- The two Spaniards started to push to move up to 5th and 6th position 18 laps to go, whilst the overtaking didn’t stop within their group. As it continued, Adrián Fernández and Ángel Piqueras soon reached the podium positions, sitting in 2nd and 3rd place.
- While Adrián Fernández held onto 2nd place, Ángel Piqueras dropped down to 8th.
- As Ángel Piqueras fought his way back to the top positions, Adrián Fernández was overtaken to sit in 3rd. With 9 laps to go, Adrián Fernandez sat in 4th, while Ángel Piqueras had already climbed back to 5th.
- Both Le0pard riders kept pushing until the chequered flag, with Adrián Fernandez crossing the finish line in 4th position and Ángel Piqueras in 5th.
