The Hungarian Grand Prix got underway today at Balaton Park, with Adrián Fernández and David Almansa finishing Friday in 6th and 11th position respectively:
- Overcast skies and windy conditions welcomed us today for Free Practice 1.
- Both Spaniards made the most of the session to test the new track, progressively improving their time and feeling. Adrián Fernández finished 5th with a time of 1’47.760, showing a steadier pace in his second run. David Almansa, on the other hand, was 8th this morning with a 1’48.134, not being able to finish the session due to crashing at Turn 2.
- Friday ended with a productive Practice, in which the two Le0pard riders secured their seats for Q2. Adrián Fernández set a 1’47.074 in his third run to sit 6th today, while David Almansa clocked a 1’47.407 to finish in 11th place.
