The Moto3 race of the Grand Prix of France has concluded with Le0pard rider Jaume Masia crossing the line the 4th and teammate Dennis Foggia the 13th.
We almost get victory! Today we dreamt about Masia’s first victory of the season but as we always mention Moto3 is known for being one of the most risky categories in which everything can happen. The Spaniard started from pole position and after the second lap took the lead and started to push to open a little gap. When there were 12 laps remaining, he swapped positions for a while as other riders had overtaken him but he didn’t need much to recover his spot, and 8 laps to the final line he was again the first (overall he’s commanded 13 out of 22 laps). Again, he took the first place and kept fighting being super determined, strong and fast. However, a bittersweet ending for the Le0pard Racing as two laps to the end other riders overtook Masia and finally he finished the 4th. The bright side is that he’s gathered some solid points and is now the 6th on the standings (83 points).
On the other side of the box, Dennis Foggia has ended up the 13th after a demanding race, getting to the front group has been difficult for the Italian but in any case he’s finished on the points. He now occupies the 10th position on the general standings (63 points). And last but not least, after today’s result, the Le0pard Racing is 3rd on teams’ classification (146 points).
Now it’s time to go home and keep the motivation high as next week we’ll race again at the Motorland Circuit (Aragon, Spain)!
