Le0pard Racing completes the Italian Grand Prix with a hard-fought race from Adrián Fernández, who eventually crossed the finish line in 4th position, while Guido Pini finished 15th:
- Starting from 8th on the grid, Adrián Fernández dropped to 13th at the start. Guido Pini moved up from 18th to 16th. By Lap 3, the Spaniard had already recovered to 6th place, making a strong move to sit 3rd. Adrián Fernández took the lead of the race for the first time on Lap 5.
- Guido Pini continued to make progress, moving up to 12th place by Lap 6. Adrián Fernández, for his part, had dropped back to 9th by then, recovering to rejoin the podium fight a couple of laps later.
- While the Italian was already running in 10th place on Lap 9, the Spaniard had taken the lead again, trying to open a gap. Guido Pini pushed his way up to 8th, but a tight battle within a packed group saw him lose positions after a contact, eventually crossing the finish line in 15th.
- It was a continuous back-and-forth battle at the front and, despite being overtaken, Adrián Fernández reclaimed the lead. The Spaniard held onto it from Lap 11 until the very last lap, when he was overtaken and eventually crossed the line in 4th place.
- There’s another chance next week. See you all in Balaton!
