Malaysian Grand Prix: race

What a race! The Malaysian Grand Prix has come to an end, let’s analyze what has happened today:
  • Dennis Foggia started from the pole position and Tatsuki Suzuki from the 8th, both riders did a good start and pushed from the beginning of the race.
  • As the laps went by, things got complicated as rivals didn’t make things easy and were strong, but the Leopards didn’t give up.
  • Unexpectedly, Tatsuki Suzuki crashed when trying to recover positions. The important thing is that the Japanese rider is fine and hasn’t suffered any consequences
  • Foggia, on his side, battled throughout the whole race for the podium and victory, even lead some laps and passed back when rivals wanted to take his spot.
  • At the last lap, when giving his maximum, he saw himself in the middle of the group that was fighting for victory and finally crossed the line 6th.
  • After today’s results, Dennis is 3rd in the general standings (233 points) and teammate Tatsuki Suzuki sticks to 7th position (128 points).
It’s been one of the toughest races of the season, the level of our competitors was high and everything changed in a blink of an eye. I managed to fight for the victory until the very last corner, but finally I crossed the line 6th. I tried my best.”
Dennis Foggia,
6th
When trying to recover positions, I’ve crashed. It’s been a pity as we could’ve done a nice race. I’ll try to do my best in Valencia to finish the season as well as possible”.
