- Qualifying day awaits tomorrow!
“The summer break really helped me to reset mentally after an intense first half of the season. Coming into this weekend, I didn’t know what to expect because I couldn’t race at Silverstone last year. Despite that, I felt comfortable on the bike from this morning, although Practice was a bit more chaotic, as the slipstream played a bigger role. There are still a couple of corners where we can improve, but we’re working well and, overall, I’m happy with our feeling so far”
“It was a difficult day from the beginning. I had a better lap in Practice, but it was cancelled because of track limits. Even with that lap, it wouldn’t have been enough to make it into Q2, so we know we’re still missing a bit. Tomorrow we’ll try to improve some areas and see how far we can get. I’m confident that, by working well together with the team, we can close the gap to the front”
