“Today was a challenging one. Qualifying didn’t go the way we wanted, and I wasn’t feeling completely comfortable with the bike. We need to understand why we are quite fast in mixed conditions, but we’re struggling when it comes to dry conditions. We’ll keep working hard with the team to find the right direction again and, with a positive mindset, give our best to fight for the best result tomorrow.”
“It was another difficult day here in Misano. We had some things we wanted to try this morning, but the wet conditions prevented us from doing so. We went into qualifying and the feeling with the bike was a little better, although not enough to make it through to Q2. Tomorrow we’ll have to make up some ground and hopefully put on a good show for all the Misano fans!”
