Grand Prix of Qatar: Friday

A challenging first day of action at the Lusail International Circuit ends with Adrián Fernández and David Almansa in 16th and 17th position respectively:

  • Sunny skies welcomed us for Free Practice 1 this afternoon.
  • Testing the feeling in hot conditions from the beginning of the session, both Le0pard riders improved their times progressively. Adrián Fernández finished 9th with a 2’05.366, ahead of teammate David Almansa, 10th with a time of 2’05.449.
  • The night brought a difficult Practice session for the two Spaniards, both missing out on Q2. Adrián Fernández finished Friday in 16th place with a time of 2’04.630, while David Almansa did so in 17th, setting a 2’04.777.
  • See you tomorrow for qualifying day.
