  • Completing a Long Lap Penalty due to causing a crash, Adrián Fernández sat 13th with 4 laps to go, eventually finishing today’s race in 14th place. Guido Pini was overtaken and dropped to 17th with 4 laps to go, crossing the finish line in 19th place in the end.
  • See you in Austria next week!
“It was a difficult race, to be honest. I felt good in the early stages and pushed to stay with the group, but they picked up the pace and we couldn’t follow. Towards the final stages of the race, I made contact with another rider and was given a Long Lap Penalty, which also prevented me from trying to finish further up. We will try to turn this situation around in Austria next week.”

“It was another race in which we were stuck in the group behind. I tried to make up some ground, but I really struggled to move forward. It’s been a very difficult weekend overall. We thought that after the weekend in Aragón, we could do quite well here, but things didn’t go as planned. Hopefully, we can improve in the next few races and finish the year on a positive note.”
